Abstract

On the problem of “I”. – The paper traces the concept of the self using Heidegger’s ontology and the idea of ontological difference. The author comes to the conclusion that the self is not the ultimate foundation of humanity, because it has been transformed into a subject, and thus both the self and the subject have become objects without anyone noticing.
