Abstract

This paper presents an inspiring and innovative way of conducting child-parent-teacher conferences at primary school and describes the process of their implementation in practice. This format for conferences represents a useful pedagogical tool, which is beneficial especially for the child and their learning, but is also a valuable source of information for both the child’s parents and the teacher. In a safe environment based on respectful communication, the child shares their ideas about the process and results of their learning. Our experience shows that such child-parent-teacher conferences support the emotional stability of a child and are considered useful, meaningful, and beneficial by all the participants involved.
